4 - In both scenarios, it's very important you let us know in your message:

- your name

- the date and sort of event you need the dress for

- your usual ready-to-wear size

- where you need to get the dress delivered. Please note that for the countries outside the European Union, the shipping cost is not included in the price shown on our website.

We will come back to you as soon as possible to let you know if the timing is manageable on our side. If it is, we will also send you a form to get some more precise measurements. Once all these elements are verified, we will send a proforma invoice so you can proceed to the payment. Please note that we only accept bank transfers at the moment. Please also note that due to the made-to-order nature of our designs, we do not accept returns and we do not offer refunds. That's why we are more than happy to organize a video call to discuss your dress more specifically, send you swatches, and explain our process in detail. We are a independent Couture label so pretty flexible and always keen to make things as clear and secure as possible for you so you get the best experience. Also beware that depending on where you are based, it's possible with an additional cost to arrange some fittings.
